Looks good and stylish. The grinders have a smooth wood finish, but the wood holder has a few rough spots covered with blemishes. This is only noticeable if you look closely under the mills. "Sweet Alice" is clearly written on top (a cute gift for anyone named "Alice"). However, the salt/pepper mark is just a tiny "s" or "p" on the top handle. Not only did you have to look at them from above, but they were also not easy to read. Since you can't see the contents, I often use the wrong packaging.

To be honest I would use them myself if not for one thing. Personally, I'm very worried about the logo. I think these mills would look a lot better if there was no logo. It would just fit more into my personal modern kitchen style.
