I was excited to upgrade my bathroom with this product, but it turned out to be a waste of money. The installation process was difficult and the end result was underwhelming. The only positive aspect was that it looked sleek and modern. However, the water pressure was weak and it did not function as advertised. I have always appreciated GROHE to this day. This hand shower met all my expectations except that it doesn't connect to the hose that the Grohe hand shower had before. As crazy as it sounds, Grohe has developed their own new thread standard, and to use this device you'll need to buy a Grohe shower hose, which can cost more than you expect.

Two of these were used to replace two 15 year old Grohe shower heads and they still worked fine but they began to drip excessively between installs when the shower was running. But I love Grohe stuff. Lasts a long time if cleaned and cared for. (like everything else). These are smaller grips than our old ones but adequate.
