Bought for my 3.5 year old child. She is tiny and still usually wears 2T. It worked great and was a good length for her. It has adjustable straps which is a big plus.

Overall the outfit is quite nice and the color is a lovely antique pink. However, I am disappointed that the buttonholes on the straps are completely covered. For example, there are seams for buttonholes, but they are sewn up so I can't close the straps on my back.

My daughter is 2 1/2 years old and normally wears 3T. After reading the reviews I bought a size 3-4. Although they are a bit loose at the waist, I feel a size down would be too tight. I think it will eventually go perfectly with a tucked in shirt. The skirt is very cute and I love how it ties at the back!
