I have sworn by J&J Reach woven dental floss for over a decade and my dentists have always recommended it. I am disappointed in this product. I liked it initially because the floss is thick and gets thicker when wet so it seems to remove more particles between teeth compared to regular thinner floss. But once the floss gets wet and thick, it will be very difficult to remove it from behind the interdental spaces. I felt like he was going to rip my crown off. This floss gets between my teeth much cleaner than any other floss. Other floss simply tries to scrape plaque and food particles from between teeth, but this floss also traps plaque/food between the floss that forms when wet. Update February 21, 2019 Wife started using this as her dentist recommended her to use this. I've always wondered how Glide floss could do the job with my tight teeth. This is what I have always used and ALWAYS had an insane amount of time to brush my teeth. Now, after using these for a good 2+ years, brushing your teeth is a walk in the park. This is the only thread I will use every time. If you've never used it, I suggest you buy one and use it between cleaning your toes and see for yourself.
