Toothpastes were recommended to me by my dental hygienist about 5 years ago. Since then I've been using it twice a day. I like gum chucks because you wrap them around your teeth in a "C" shape like regular floss, but you don't have to put your fingers in your mouth. Other floss tools are either straight or too thick (food). highly recommended for children and adults.

The woman who brushes my teeth recommended I try GumChucks and I got them today and just tried them for the first time. Although I don't refill the cartridge every day, my dentist advised me to use it for a few days until I get bored. Apply thinly and simply rinse out after each use.
