Gumdrop BumpTech Case: Ultimate Drop Protection for Lenovo 100e Chromebook (Gen1 and Gen2 Intel) – Ideal for K-12 Students, Teachers, Kids Review

The case fits, but not logically. Bought to protect the computer my son borrows from the school district for home study. Unfortunately, once installed, it closes all ports that need to be used. I had to spend 45 minutes modifying the case to make it usable. If you look at the photos that accompany my review you can see where I had to drill holes to allow access to the charging port, headphone jack, etc. What's the point of having a case if you have to take it off to use it?

I bought this for my 9 year old son's school Chromebook and it's holding up great! Several months of going back and forth between school, my house and his father's house and we had no problems. He also likes the look. Highly recommended!

This item doesn't fit properly on my son's Chromebook which was listed as a Chromebook. It snapped into place just right, but unfortunately the port cutouts didn't match and were basically blocked, rendering it useless to him. It had a shorter return period than I expected from previous Revain orders which I had missed so it's just a waste of money. All my gum wrappers have fit and worked fantastically in the past so this was a real disappointment and shock. Because of this I am wondering if…

We loved this bag for my daughter's laptop and wanted something to put stickers on, but it's VERY heavy and uncomfortable. We put it on lightly enough and it probably offers EXTREME fall protection, but my daughter ended up taking it off due to the space it took up in her bag and the weight. Unfortunately a waste of time for us. She seems happy enough without putting stickers on her laptop :).

In pictures it looks like a military case but it's actually thick plastic. Unfortunately, you can't leave the bottom on and charge Lenovo at the same time. I'd rather wear it when the kid is using it than naked.

Looks great, good protection but I had to cut off the side where the on/off button is because it's a design flaw. If you don't pass.

I bought this case for my 14 year old Chromebook. It's already dropped, it's in a stuffed backpack that's been lying around all day, and it's holding up perfectly. He loves the look and I love that I don't have to worry about replacing my Chromebook for school. I paid FULL PRICE for this event. I have not received any compensation for this honest consumer review.

This cover was easy to install. Covers the front corners well. down well. covers the charging connector and is made of hard plastic. So don't even use it on my son's Lenovo 300e 2nd Gen for school.

Case did not fit the model as described. There is no access through the case to the headphone jack or charging port. The fit is so snug that I'm really scared of breaking my laptop while trying to remove the sleeve. Too bad the return period has expired. Makes a better doorstop than a laptop bag.
