My 10 year old LG plasma remote control (model 50PK550) finally gave up. I looked at this remote control and another also from Gvirtue (LG AGF76692608). Both remotes are similar to the original except this one is $5 cheaper. I have this because mine is not a smart tv. I'm glad I made the right choice as all the buttons work just like the original.

It did not arrive on the promised date and it was difficult for me to trace it back to see what happened to it. I haven't received a notification that the date has changed. But got a notification on the day of delivery that it was supposed to be delivered that day. The remote works well and is easy to program with my TV. It was a great price. I am satisfied with the overall value of the remote control and the shopping experience with the company.

It works just as well as my old original remote control for my Hisense TV. I got my Hisense HD TV in 2013 and it's the exact same remote as my old one. The EN-33926A was my old remote and this one says the same and works better than the old one. The only issue I have is that it weighs less because it's made from a less rigid material. I wish it was more like it wouldn't break, but so far I'm loving it!

Unfortunately money wasted. I couldn't use it. It arrived damaged. The remote control is so cheaply made I thought it was a toy. It was so bright I wondered if there were any electronics in there. The packaging had a piece of silicon chip and other debris floating around, the plastic bag it came in was ripped and torn, and the login button looked like it had been stepped on and crushed. I do not recommend Gvirtue EN33926A made in China. I plan to return it.
