Wonderful durable toy. We appreciate the fact that we can constantly expand the set. However, we have not received either the tower or the bell; bases were there. I called customer service but as it was sold by a third party I had to return the toy = unhappy grandson. The price is very disappointing!

I ordered a windmill kit for my grandson for Christmas. Reviews of missing parts worried me, so I ordered in advance. BEFORE my order arrived, I received an email from HABU customer service stating that I may have been sent a kit with missing parts, with instructions to notify them immediately upon receipt. I can't imagine how many people liked it. Even on a completely flat floor (FORGET carpet) the pieces won't stay together. They slotted into the slots fairly easily, but the pieces of wood didn't stay in contact with each other, creating unstable connections that wobbled, ripped apart, and sometimes fell apart completely at the slightest impact.
