Best compared to other replacement straps

I have ordered several replacement watch straps and the Hadley Roma brands are by far the best in terms of weight and quality. $20 standard of stamped and loose fit. It's more like the quality you get from Rolex or IWC and premium OEM brands, cheaper models are for quartz lovers. I like to substitute good OEM brands for these to avoid the stretch that is inevitable with all harnesses. My experience when buying or selling used watches is largely determined by the condition of the strap, which is

Fits watch Alpinist

The strap fits my Seiko Aplinist but not perfectly. Difficult to open at times, but given the alternative of paying 3-4 times more for a Seiko Alpinist strap, it's a good buy.

Best available

Summary: + Secure clasp + Matte finish + Easy to shape ends (I used pliers with a microfiber cloth to adjust the watch. There are scratches from this poor technique but In real life, they're not that noticeable unless I'm holding the watch 3 inches from my face.) - Spring bars not included. Long version: There aren't many options for stainless steel bands at Revain. I will be comparing the band to three other 20mm link bands that I bought at the same time. They all felt the same and I could…

The links are good but the flimsy clasp fails them

The links on this watch strap are of good quality but the main disappointments are the curved thin forged steel tips and, worse, the clasp. The clasp is a piece of chromed metal - it's very thin and very easy to bend. Too bad because if the clasp was of the same quality as the links I would give this product 4 stars.

Bought this strap with a Citizen Ecco Drive dive watch here at Revain. The heavy band looks great; pleasantly healthy. The well implemented hidden elastic strap is also suitable for wearing over thick outerwear or diving suit cuffs. However, the original spring bars/pins on the rubber strap of Citizen watches were too thick for the metal strap and I had trouble finding a suitable watch repair shop. to me that the bars were the right size. I couldn't find any information on the correct pin…

Well I guess buying a 316L watch strap is not.

Well I guess buying a 316L watch strap is not enough these days. The strap also includes a double safety buckle. Why can't the buckle be the same quality as solid 316L links? What times are we living in when you only get half the product. Would you buy a steel car with cardboard doors? Should we check everything again to be on the safe side? We screwed it up as a society. Conclusion: good strap / cheap buckle. I don't know if the seller is interested. I would not buy again. Should I spend a…

Good quality but scratches easily

I ordered this strap to replace the cheaper (thinner) steel strap that came with my 2 year old Orient Diver watch. Orient didn't sell replacement straps on their website (at least I couldn't find any) so I had to resort to OEM and it looked like a good addition to my fantastic watch. The band wears well and looks good, but it tends to scratch easily on the side of the wrist where it sometimes touches a table or other surface. But all said and done, this is a good strap for a quality watch I own

Watch Band Review - Male

Overall a good watch band. Pro side: Thick links (about 3.5mm) with good weight. Opposite: The links are held in place by push pins, not screws. If the watch strap was $20 less I would understand, but the push pins on the $45 strap look sticky. Pros/Cons: Wetsuit extension for the diver. Does anyone really use it? Probably no. The lengthening of the wetsuit actually prevents the last adjustment hole from being used, which isn't a huge problem unless someone has a very thin wrist. The obvious…
