at the price of the line is good. The volume control is difficult to turn in some places. There is no power adapter, just a USB cable. So if you need to plug in an outlet, you must use your own outlet. Small and travel friendly. I take batteries

I like compactness. Would rather have a power cord or plug than just USB. The sounds come in a very short recording cycle of 2-3 seconds and aren't very clear so it takes some getting used to and some of them are more annoying than soothing. It would be better if the recordings were longer than the average hiccup.

I like that this device is very affordable, lightweight and compact. It fits well in a travel backpack. It has multiple sound options, although I only use the "white noise" feature. The pink noise setting is almost identical to white noise. My only complaint is that I sometimes hear a basic intermittent noise, like the car is going on a bike, rather than a constant white noise. I only have a USB connection which is somewhat limited.

Just received it last night and used it for the first time. It would all have been five stars, but the cable that came with it didn't work. (I've tried other things and it just doesn't work.) I like the sounds, but what I got was waveform noise and it worked for me. I like that it has batteries too, like the small size and light weight. As long as I like it, very much. I didn't use a timer so I can't comment on that. I will try to remember to report back after longer use.
