I have wavy hair and hate straightening my hair so my daughter usually does it for me. I saw a video of someone using this straightening comb and thought it looks easy I should try it. Received today and couldn't wait to try it! It usually takes 1 hour for a haircut, I managed to do it in 30 minutes and did it all myself. I am very happy and satisfied with this smoothing comb. This product is perfect if you like witch tips. Not me. My ends didn't even seem to get through. It is not light and takes a long time to cool down. Terrible, pulling hair out! Update: 12/29/19 So today I received an email from the manufacturer asking them to remove my negative review and refund $40. I don't think my honesty is more valuable than that. This smoother brush uproots hair, it's hot and now I'm wondering how many reviews are actually accurate. I have thick, curly and wavy hair, this product didn't suit me at all even in the smallest areas.
