Excellent quality, easy to assemble and wash. We were amazed! I actually looked at what other items this company sells because this product was AMAZING and exceeded our expectations.

I chose a piston filler instead of a coffee grinder horn. This is definitely a step forward. After filling the casings I had about a pound of sausage left in the cylinder and cone. I just wrap it up like a bulky sausage. The base of the first pen I came across was warped. I returned it and everything was fine. never mind Obviously one factory produces this syringe for several brands and the price can vary greatly. Look for the best brand/offer.

It's a sausage stuffer so pretty basic. The rubber feet it should have by default are a 'free gift', as if you weren't just paying for a whole sausage filling. Mine also came with a deformed base so it wobbles. This is easy to fix with a kitchen towel, but it's a pretty big quality control issue. If mine does, what else is missing?

I thought I would like this product. It looks heavy and well built. The gears started slipping on the second use, pushing out about 20 pounds in total before it happened. The air release valve does not fit well on the piston. I have emailed and called this company several times but never received a reply. If you like customer service, do NOT buy anything from hakka. Go with Weston or something that supports products at least there. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I finally used this sausage filler. MY GOD! It was a lot easier than my chopper/sausage attachment. Which took me over 30 minutes to stuff 5 pounds of meat in just 5 minutes! It was so easy. This fountain pen is very well made. It's easy to set up and use. I liked it so much I couldn't rate it any lower when I realized it barely weighed 5 pounds. It's definitely just a 5 pound bulker. Very happy with the product but we figured out how it would fail if something went wrong. We were using this on about 300 pounds of pork sausage when we noticed the bolts holding the camera were starting to flex from their original position. After another 100 pounds or so, something snapped and the chamber ripped off the screws holding everything in place and made a clicking hell of a noise.
