I love it. I've always hated taking out a colander for a pot of pasta. That makes it a lot easier. I wash on the top rack of the dishwasher and it holds up well.

It's pretty simple what you get when you buy this product. It's a good price and the product is exactly as it says. There are no problems with delivery either. I would recommend.

Works great when needed. It has small grooves so it stays on the edge of the pot when you drain the water. I wish the handle was a little longer so the steam doesn't heat your hand as it drains, but that's okay.

I'm tired of washing filters. Here's a handy device for draining hot water from a pasta pot, allowing you to keep the product hot in the pot without the need for a colander. Drain the liquid slowly to avoid scalding yourself with hot steam and keep the larger filter in the closet.

This would be a very useful colander for right handed people. It's not made for left-handers. The strainer does not have attachment points on both sides to hold the pot for straining liquid, only on one side. Or the handle can be made longer on the other side so it can be held either way.

I often can't get out a colander and just drain pots of pasta etc by keeping the lid ajar when emptying the sink. But of course the steam can burn, the pot usually does not drain completely and sometimes the food falls into the sink. I saw Jacques Pepin in a video using something like this gadget and I thought yes this is exactly what I need. As an adult who has been cooking for many years, I have never seen anything like it! It's not the same as in the video, but it works great. I love it!
