My dog ate my other handheld fan and I needed another the same day as my face was burning and itching from the very deep skin. I was excited because there is one gentleman who made all the difference in the world. The mist doesn't wet my face, but perfect! Love disco lights and no need to use fog. I used it to cool down on vacation and it worked very well. It has 3 speeds and the first one is pretty fast but when you are in a very hot environment the other 2 higher settings come in very handy. The tide is over! This little beauty has 3 speeds and a fog function! There is also an option for flashing lights, but I don't use it. I keep this fan close to keep the hot flashes away. Bought a second one after trying it out. One for my husband who works part time on the street and one for a stroller. The mist is very light but effective, not overwhelming at all. I don't need light The small water bottle is nice to fill and take with you for refills, but didn't need to be refilled for multiple uses.
