    Works for what you need.

I bought it for work to save my neck and it really is. Whatever the case, I think what worries me the most is that it's too big for my head. I wish the sound quality was better but there is no control. If you have to go, you'll also have to take everything off as you can't unpair it from your phone. You would have to disconnect it all together from the base of the phone.

    Microphone issue

I've had this headset since 2018. I'm only now writing about it. Earphone audibility is ok. It's a microphone that doesn't exist. The person on the other end of the line cannot hear what the person with the headset is saying. It's not because I broke the item. Only used twice and given up. I had to return it. The noise cancellation and volume control work, but don't expect the person you're calling to hear you as they won't.

Cheap but works. Still needs work

This model has a few minor imperfections that make it a 2 star product. It's cheap, it works for what I need, but these flaws make the product a bit unusable. First, it can't even be adjusted for shorter heads like mine. They need a very large head to fit properly. Second, the mic is really big compared to the rest of the body. Finally, the product just doesn't feel tight on the head. All of these things make it difficult for me to use. However, it works to achieve its purpose and I would…

It worked great while it lasted.

Everything worked great while it lasted. The price was right, but it connected directly to the phone: it's said to have a long cord, but half the length is occupied by a coiled section with a very stiff coil, so it'd either take the phone off if I pull the table too far or take the headset off my head; small callus, you couldn't hear what you said in the mouthpiece; In the end, it lasted only a year and two weeks (bought on May 4 - began to irritate on May 22 of the next year). If you are…

    Waste product of scavengers!

This is SO STUPID! I ordered it based on the good reviews and the fact that it would work with my office phone and was adjustable. First, there's no volume or mute button on the cable, and the picture isn't what I got. Second, the headband is not regulated by AT. EVERYONE. But the microphone doesn't work at all! He came with a card asking me to call a number instead of contacting Revain with a problem but of course no one answered the call, I left 7 messages and called 15 times and they didn't…

    Who's calling?: Accessories and consumables

Now I'm really happy about a call to work. I spend most of my workday on my phone, and most of my time is spent waiting. I usually just put the phone on the table and turn on the speakerphone so I don't have to wait with my head to the side. It is with cautious optimism that I bought this headset so I can continue to work (ambidextrous) and make calls at the same time. I'm not disappointed. The call quality is excellent. I can hear my conversation partners well and they can hear me well too. If

    • Sad package

The good thing about this headset is that it fits your regular desk phone. I was looking for a headset for my old landline phone that I bought around 1990. The phone doesn't have a headphone jack but it works fine so I didn't want to buy a new phone. I finally found this headset that doesn't require a special plug. Most headsets require a built-in 2.5 or 3.5 jack on your phone, and available converters are only for specific phone brands. This headset uses a standard old-fashioned handset cord…

    Good basic office phone headset

I recently got an office phone for work and since I can't use it in handsfree mode (the handsfree phone is not a very good quality) I bought this headset. It connects via a mini phone jack and not 3.5mm or USB. As a high-tech person using a notoriously low-tech device, here's what I think: Construction: This is a one-ear headset. While it doesn't seem expensive, it's not too cheap either. The wire will bend, but not where you think it will break. The connections make a reliable impression. The…
