I bought this as a Christmas present for one of my nephews and although he loved it I was confused that it wasn't in the packaging showing the contents. Literally a punching bag and gloves were in a white plastic bag. The plastic bag didn't even contain a picture of the product. One star deducted for poor presentation.

My husband is very into boxing and wanted to teach his daughter how to throw high kicks and punches so she could defend herself well. It was an affordable option that included a bag and gloves. The bag can be inflated and hold air. They had so much fun practicing with it and I love the fact that it can be installed anywhere and then made invisible.

Nice that it came in a small package. Other reviews I read said it could take a hit. My 9 year old broke in 5 days. On the second day there was a leak around the base where you pour water or sand. Just made cheap. I got that. It was only meat, it was gloved, so I bought it. I do not recommend it and will not buy it again. We even filled ours with sand to keep them upright.

Using just enough brown rice in the base to weigh down the punching bag and inflate the rest of the base and bag was a great tip in the review. Even if a hole appears in the bag, the water will not spill everywhere. My son loves to punch with this punching bag with the included boxing gloves in daylight. I find it a bit noisy especially when he's using it. The sound of punches echoes through the bag, so it's a bit noisy.

I wish it was a little easier to inflate. I tried a bicycle pump but to no avail so I just blew air into it. An air compressor is best to either take with you to the gas station or borrow from someone if you don't have one. The base holds water well. Definitely great for those days when I work out or just want to vent my frustration in a healthy way! Don't buy if you are a professional boxer but great for everyday use by the average person.
