Hanelly Review

Using this tool for my organization has been great! It's saved me time in making sure I'm not missing anything when it comes down to RFI or HCM changes within our org structure/departmentalization etc.. The interface could be more customizable but that might require some coding knowledge which can get expensive if someone isn't familiar wih how things work here yet at least they have good documentation so i don;t always need an expert just looking over their shoulder haha!! The integration of Payroll into our system was easy to set up compared to other systems we have used in the past. We were able to use existing payroll information from another vendor without having to re-enter that info over again for paystubs or W2's. There are some functions within Hanley I don't like but they could be easily fixed by their support team if it became an issue. The ability for users without any experience in using Data Modelling tools or those who are not computer savvy at all can have their ideas about how things should be modeled validated by real experts from within our team! We were looking into ways of validating user-defined conceptual models before implementation and this was one way that came up as being very useful. It's been great so far! The reporting features are really nice, easy-to-use for our small team of 2 people and they have excellent customer support as well. I like that we can use it in both mobile applications and browser-based front end without having to install software or make changes to their backend system. A couple things would be great - 1. more flexibility using formulas when creating reports;2. ability to send email notifications instead of just emailing me directly from my account 3.

I like how easy it was for me as an individual user without much experience in ERP software or even accounting programs! The training that helps make sense of everything within our organization at once made my day easier. Sometimes there are things not clear but after some clarification through email we were able understand what they wanted us too do more easily/understand them when asked questions about changes being needed from their side etc.. I like that it's easy for my team members to use as well as other employees who are not familiar with this software. The ability to see all of our employee information in one place has been very helpful when looking at different ways we can improve our organization. The best thing about Hanelly is the ease of use and the ability to customize the dashboards to our needs. The reporting is also very good and the support team is very responsive.
