Hanes Ultimate Girls' 5-Pack Crew Socks with EZ Sort Technology Review

I wear a women's size 5.5 (child size 4) and have narrower feet and ankles. I buy children's socks so I don't have to collect women's socks, which always have too much fabric for me. Those ankles are very tight. I don't know what kind of child she can carry. I bought a big one. The size of the foot is large, but the ankles are narrow.

So far so good. Not too thick or thin. I haven't washed it so I hope it's not a problem. For reference, I'm a women's size 5.5 and fit both small and medium. The small goes about 3 inches above my ankle (like a traditional ankle/sock) and the medium goes about 6 inches above my ankle (a traditional "long/shin" sock).

I thought these socks would be a good choice due to the easy sorting system and lack of color matching. I've gotten to the point where sorting socks for eight kids is a huge task. But I was disappointed because these are really poor quality socks. They began to fold and stretch in strange ways and contract in other strange ways. We have a medium size for my 6 year old daughter who wears size 12.5 shoes. They fit her really well except they dig into her calves unlike any other socks we've had…
