Description of 🛠️ 14-Pack of HAO PRO Cord Locks Stoppers Toggles - Heavy Duty Spring, No Slip Thick Plastic with Double Holes and 0.2" Hole Diameter - Suitable for 550lb and 750lb Paracord - Easy to Compress, Slip-Proof for Drawstring Pants and Shoe Application

DOUBLE HOLES,HEAVY DUTY SPRING keeps even the thinnest cords held tight. When fully extended, the cord will completely close the hole so it will work with virtually all sizes of cords that you can manage to squeeze through there. No slip through these toggles when reasonable tension is applied. DOUBLE HOLES:The HOLE is about 0.2” Diameter, holds two strands of 1/8 inch(3mm) shock cord (paracord) very well - no slip. Also fit 550lb Paracord and 750lb Paracord which is 5/32''(4mm) Diameter. FLAT ENDS with these cord locks, easy to compress with one finger(unlike most of the cord locks have rounded ends which make it too difficult compress). Size is also perfect for holding cords on draw-string warmup pants, shoe string cord, running shorts,GPS/backpack cords, draw string bags, shock cord.Cord lock Hole Diameter:0.2”,outside diameter:0.72”,height:0.68”. Heavy gauge plastic(thick enough)cord locks, and the plastic is slip proof surface design.

IT'S OK BUT - Cable Locks

I NEED THESE FOR THE 1/8 CABLE YOU HOLD SO WELL, I'LL TRY INSERT THE CABLE ON BOTH SIDES BUT YOU WOULD NOT KEEP SO I HAVE IT NOT DISCONTINUED.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Null

Poor hold for fasteners

Purchased to attach a lace to clothing. The problem is that there is a gap between the spring plate and the side wall, which allows the thread (if it is not very thick) to be pulled out with a slight pressure. watch the video

.Garbage! by sewing

No cord of the right size (and we tried several types and sizes) was held by this "cord stopper", each of which, when pulled, slipped/slid without holding at all. Garbage. and now I enjoy packing them back, wasting my ribbon, envelope, printer label and the time sending them back and waiting for a refund - easy as pie. breathtaking.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Easy repairability

They are exactly like the picture, work well, work well.

Excellent cord locks. I used them to convert the double tensioned straps on a fabric glasses case to single tensioned straps with a secure cord closure. Beautifully made, with good finishes and consistency. The mechanism is easy to use and appears durable. Will definitely buy again if needed.

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Small Parts

Doesn't work for me on sewing supplies and accessories

They appear to be well made but do not fit the drawstring of a pair of Russell gym pants I bought. The cable is about 1/8", very soft, smooth and flexible, and I think the spring in the lock is strong enough, but the clamping surface is too smooth. I'm an engineer, and you can take it for what it is It's my 3rd time trying to buy a lanyard lock, the first two were a complete joke, this one is better but still doesn't hold up, I gave those 3 stars for the design and for that a man a " perfect…

Pros
  • As everything before
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

These cable locks work great!

You know all those leggings that claim to hug your waist and stay in place no matter what you do? And then you quickly realize that they don't go to bed? Well, I cut a vertical 1/4 inch hole right at the inside waist, threaded the drawstring around the waist to come out of the same hole I started with (knitting doesn't unravel) and added this switch. Problem solved (on a dozen leggings)!

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unreliable

Fits cord locks

I bought these to use as a mask. It was difficult to tie the mask behind the head. So I buy these. When I received them, I thought it would be easy to insert the mask's thread into the hole, but no luck. However, that would be impossible. The thread was a little thicker but could be squeezed to fit the hole. I had to think creatively to put the threat in the hole. I used a needle to thread the thread through the hole. It worked. For now, keep them and get the job done

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled

Difficult Closing Threads

I bought these clasps to attach paracord ends to homemade CoVid face masks. I figured since one side is flat the lock would fit flatter against the back of the head than rounded ones. Well I can't use them on my masks because they are very difficult to thread: I've struggled and fought to get the cord to end through separate holes. (You'll need almost 4 hands to hold the spring while putting the zip ties in this lock!) I'm sure this lock can be used, but only for cables that are very difficult…
