They definitely do what they're supposed to do! Unfortunately they don't work well for what I need, but. Its my fault! :-P

Lasts so far. I turned off the modeling light to avoid burning it. I used to just staple scatter fabric over the backlight and it looked very messy and could burn, this definitely solved both problems and the shooting is exactly the same.

Thought I'd order a reflector with a tip. If you need a reflector and sock, there are plenty of options for not a lot more money. If you just want one sock then this is a good choice, it fits my reflector perfectly and is pretty easy to install.

These work well and are better than others I've seen but I have to say they stink! Like an old dirty dish sponge. I bought two and they both smell like this. There's no silica gel etc in the packaging so I'm assuming water got in at some point and turned into a nasty bacterial smell. I'm airing them now, but maybe I'll come back. Rough!

Works great. Too bad I didn't have to use them anymore. This is much better than taking a piece of diffuser and attaching it to the fixture. The only thing that could be improved is that they are a bit tight. Sometimes I worry that it will be broken when I put it on the reflector. But definitely take some of these. It's one of those things, when you need it, you're glad you have it. And it's so cheap, you might as well have it just in case.
