Gap in the middle but cute beyond that

I should have read the reviews, otherwise it seems that I'm not the only one to have such a problem. It's cute and the cat seems to be warming up, but it worries me that there's a gap in the middle. Makes it look cheap. I hope he starts using it so it's worth buying.

The stand is strong, the cat likes to scratch the base

It took me about 10 minutes to install this green cat scratching post. This post is in cute and small size; It's solid, I didn't find the middle spacing mentioned in some of the other comments. My cat loves it, loves to scratch the carpet, play with balls. In general I am satisfied with this product.

The cord is loose, the silica gel bag is torn.

The color is nice and the size is right. It was easy to assemble but I needed a screwdriver to tighten it. I was disappointed that the quality wasn't what I expected. The string wrapped around the pole is loose and will most likely fail if the cat scratches it for too long. As soon as one of the fibers breaks, it dissolves and falls apart. Disappointing. Too small, flimsy and poor quality overall

I don't understand why a tree-scratching cat can be so small or weak. What's the point of scratching a tree if it's not thick or high enough for cats to reach and scratch! The material pills like crazy and comes off easily. There are sharp clamps all over the cactus cats will scratch which is unsafe. And there's a big visible gap in the middle of the cactus where you twist the cactus pieces together, making it very cheap. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I was looking for a white…
