🔬 HAPTIME Educational Kaleidoscopes for Classroom Learning Review

My grandchildren (7 and 3 years old) like them very much. Everyone has their own set of six, so there's no arguing about who's playing it. They love to take a couple on trips to pass the time. I've seen some reviews of how quickly the kaleidoscope broke but ours is still as good as the day it opened for Christmas. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought these for my son's social skills group. I thought it would be a good activity to cool down after stressful situations or breakdowns. These are the same classic kaleidoscopes everyone has been playing with, but with an updated look. The graphics on the outside are charming, but detailed enough to enhance the sensory experience. I also appreciate that they are made of cardboard and not metal or hard plastic. This makes them suitable for toddlers with special needs who often drop things.

disappointment that there are about 5 plastic "beads" in red and green, resulting in very repetitive patterns and lots of white space. Not as colorful as the picture (I mean through the kaleidoscope) and a far cry from the heavier, glassy, glittering kaleidoscopes of my childhood that had some punch. Great for a party but I don't think a child will care for long and can become trash around the house pretty quickly.

Bought for children's Christmas gifts for the service - 11 out of 12 were satisfied. One detached from the tube and could still be twisted but not secured with glue. I didn't want to return the entire order for one so my loss. I would like to see a way to return a partial order if only part of it is defective, but Revain doesn't seem to offer such a remedy. They are not bad. I made her wrap gift bags for foster kids. As another reviewer said, the wraps on the outside of the kaleidoscopes are a bit odd. The Sesame Street viewer is suitable for a three-year-old child. It can be difficult to find an owner for it. The other has a space theme that was mostly fine except for one rather sexy looking astronaut. I have 3 circus pics but they seem to be the most gender neutral so I'm fine with that.
