I use this with an 8 liter pressure cooker. The black silicone on the handles means I can pull out food even when the pan is hot without scalding myself. I usually just wash it off, but I also wash it in the dishwasher. This is a great addition to Instant Pot Cooking. This is most convenient when making cheesecake.

Works great in our Instapot. A little worried about the rubber coated grips but they work great. It also works well if you fold the handles down if you want to use it as a flat surface so the handles aren't too high. For example, we cooked meatloaf and potatoes in our pressure cooker, we placed the potatoes under the rack, folded the handles down, and then placed the meatloaf and foil on top of the rack.

If you're a chef who appreciates quality dishes in the kitchen, you should stay away from this shelf. I've always wondered how manufacturers think they are cheating the consumer by producing junk like this. It is so short-sighted and always comes back to bite them sooner or later. There are manufacturers who take great pride in the quality of their products. It's just a matter of sifting weeds.

This is a well made, easy to use and practical hot pan and dish rack. It's also a great holder for stainless steel baking pans and vegetable casseroles/steamers used in Instant Pots. This rack can be used to cook anything that you don't want to put on the bottom of your multicooker for double cooking, steaming or frying. I love this stand because it's lightweight, durable, well designed and has a silicone grip so you don't burn yourself.
