I made half a dozen different sysprep disk images on 240GB SANDISK disks. I copied them to other 240GB SANDISK drives. Everything was found until we had to buy more discs. They looked exactly like the master disks we used. But apparently they were a bit smaller. If we insert a master into one slot and a new disk into the other slots, an alarm will sound. I have another duplicator that I am very happy with but it only clones one disk at a time. I was hoping I could speed up the cloning process by copying to multiple drives at once.
