My granddaughter wore these shoes once. They got a little damp, not wet! , during the game she sat on her feet. the paint from her shoes came off her clothes. Completely ruined $50 outfit. I tried everything to remove the paint, nothing helped. Needless to say, we ruined outfits and shoes that we will never wear again. I would appreciate the opportunity to return these shoes for a full refund

The shoes arrived on Tuesday evening and my daughter wore them the next day for a kindergarten photo shoot. When she came back I noticed scratches on the toes of her shoes. My daughter only wore them 4 hours which means they will be trash by the end of the week. I contacted the seller to inform them of the poor quality of the shoes but refused an exchange. I love the shoes but I am very disappointed with the poor quality and customer service.

I think these shoes are adorable and popular because they are $15 less than Stride Rite and L'Amour. I even liked the idea that they have working buckles instead of velcro. Until I had to put them on my daughter all the time. It became a real pain. My quality disappointment is actually with the buckles.
