There are probably easier ones to use but if you are careful take your time it works well. Leave the bearing on while you press in new ones or you will damage the tool. And lubricate to last longer.

I've seen some comments about the tool moving apart when installing or even screwing into a bearing for removal. This is easily fixed by wrapping a used bearing around the pins (use a zip tie if you don't have an old bearing).
