Hauck Speedster Pedal Go Kart: Intense Graphics, Comfortable Seat, And 3-Point Steering Wheel Review

Once my grandson sat in the seat it was off to the races! The cart is sturdy, light and very kid friendly. He rides it every day down sidewalks and driveways and we take it along on vacations. The one drawback is the front plastic 'casing' over the steering column is rather light and can slip to the side. The break works but supervision is recommended on steeper slopes with small 'landing areas' at the base.

Best gift for my 7 year old grandson! It fit him just right and he loved riding it immediately. He shared it with his 3 year old little brother and he managed it too.

Worth noting: turn radius is not great. My sons have to keep backing up while riding.The seat can only be adjusted by removing two bolts and placing them in 1 of 3 positions.The break handle is a nice touch but all 3 of my sons couldnt apply enough force by hand to actually stop the kart.The wheels are much nicer than power wheels and provide more friction and grip.The frame seems sturdy.Some of the hardware does seem a little lightweight. This is a great toy for the money! My three year old loves it. He is a little small for it and the range of adjustment in the seat is not enough bring it far enough forward for him to use. I solved that problem with a old cushion and stretch cord to bring the seat back out to where he can press against it. I researched different pedal karts for weeks before I purchased this one. The box shows 4-10 but the Revain description shows 4-8 (as of the day of this review). I read other reviews saying older kids were able to ride this Hauck pedal kart so I had hope that it would last a couple years for my daughter. My daughter is a thin, petite 9 year old. My son really enjoys this pedal go cart. He’s 60lbs 53inches tall. It was perfect for the first few weeks but the frame is not study nor strong. The frame seems to bend/warp easily. Not worth the $200.

My 7 year old daughter loves the Pedal Go Kart, uses it in a daily basis. Great for exercise. It took 40 minutes to assemble since the instructions aren't very clear. The frame is very sturdy and I think it will last a good while. My 3 year old wants to use it but it's too big for him. We leave ours outside but put it under the shade while not in use.

My 5 year old hasn't had much time to test the durability yet but he loves it and has some room to grow. I had ordered a green one that is similar but it had plastic wheels which I envisioned not being able to move on anything other than pavement. This one has rubber wheels and my son has driven it over ice.

My boys are very tall for their age, and the dimensions on the shortest setting allow plenty room to grow. Base is very sturdy and made of metal. Tires are durable.

Bought this as a Christmas Present for my 5 year old son. He absolutely loves it! My son is 44 inches tall and we have the seat set to the middle setting so there is definitely room to grow for a while.

The instructions leave a little something to be desired but overall this is a nice pedal cart. That's my feedback! Very big but well made

Just got this for our kid's 5th birthday. Super solid and sturdy. He loves it. But it doesn't coast! Aaarg. Didn't even think to research this issue. The peddles keep moving which is terrible if you are gaining any speed. I would not have bought this had I known. If you only have flat land probably won't be an issue but for any hills, not being able to coast is a big issue. He has to put his feet up as the peddles just turn like crazy on any hills of course.

This is the second Hauck Hurricane that we have purchased. It is sturdy and well made. We bought this brand because of the metal frame and because the one we bought previously is still in good shape. I only hope that when grandson #3 is old enough they are still making these!

This was a Xmas gift for my granddaughter. It's well built and very easy to put together. It can also be adjusted as she grows. She absolutely loves it and I am completely satisfied with the purchase.

My son's best friend and his brother each have one, they let my son ride their and he was hooked. I think I'm going to have to buy replacement tires as he uses this toy every day for hours!
