Great price and ease of use compared to hand wraps plus lots of extra padding around the joints. You can still wrap your wrist however you like as there is a lot of bandage there. S/m was well suited for a petite adult woman.

I bought these as a quick alternative to traditional long-term packaging, ie to save time with a busy schedule, and they are easy to wash. Excellent overall fit. By filling in the areas in the glove I get better contact with the bag and they work well with the speed bag without gloves. These MMA gloves also allow me to wrap around my thumb and wrist, and others agree.

I bought 3 pairs of inner gloves to see which would work best for me for kickboxing. These are the most comfortable so far. I have used these gloves about 3 times and my only complaint is that one day after about 45 minutes of training my pinky went numb so I had to remove the inner glove and stop my training. Bought S/M gloves. I have washed them in the washing machine and hung them to dry and they are still brand new.

advantages: quicker to put on and take off than traditional bandages comfortable to wear adequate protection price disadvantages: not as supportive as traditional bandages. They are suitable for light to medium-heavy work with a bag and gloves for a short time. With them, I wouldn't put too much pressure on the bag for ten laps. Overall I really like it for my not so busy days. Compared to more expensive speed wraps, this is a steal.
