I liked the idea of apple cider vinegar, I know all the health benefits especially for the scalp and hair. I saw it and was glad to try it. It was great value for money, nice smell (smells just like the salon selectives I used in the 80's) but to be honest I wasn't a huge fan. I've been using eucalyptus scent for years, it is literally the only thing that stops my eczema and soothes my scalp when it's itchy. But I shampooed daily for a week and I got flakes. I only give 3 stars because of the packaging. They are wrapped in plastic and unfortunately this has resulted in the lid of one shampoo breaking and leaking inside the packaging. If the packaging had been better I would have given it a higher rating as I lost the product and had to clean everything else that was in the box (TP/paper towels).

I love this shampoo and conditioner so much! Great scent. Does not make the hair greasy and cleans the scalp well. I've had itchiness with every other shampoo I've used. As soon as I started using this product, the itching on the back of my head stopped. If I use a different shampoo and conditioner, the itching starts again. I started this a few years ago and have recently switched to ordering from Revain as it's hard to find locally. I have constant itchy scalp with no dandruff. Just a direct itch that never seems to go away no matter what shampoo I've used. I accidentally bought two shampoos, so I didn't have any conditioner with me. So my head itched so bad I didn't wait for the conditioner. And I have to say I didn't even need air conditioning. I had a comb brush and it worked great. The next day my head didn't itch at all. It started a little later in the evening but I only used it once. I've used it twice and my head feels a lot better. Do you remember the old days when you were dragged into the salon with your mother, didn't want to be there because Kay-B toys were so close, but also the smell of wonderfully scented shampoos loved? Yes, it smells the same and it only took 2 days to get rid of the flakes.

Have never used Head & Shoulders and am very satisfied. Within a day and a half to two of not washing my hair it becomes very greasy and I start to see small white dots/flakes on the top of my head (near the forehead line).
