My husband, who doesn't know much about electronics, was so proud and happy that it only took a few minutes to install. Now he can drive with lights, which makes his life safer and protects people on the road. Thank you for the great product description that made him make this purchase!

What can you say about the light switch? Yes it works and yes it was easy to install. I just had a hole saw instead of the mounting hole drill. Made for easier installation on my golf cart. Yes, I have headlights (and brake/tail lights, turn signals) because we use our car in Yuma and outside after dark (residential ONLY!).

This switch is ideal for the dashboard, but its mechanism is completely different from the original switch. Installed it on a Club Car golf cart two months ago. With almost daily use it still holds up, but I had to double tighten the threaded ring (that holds it to the dash). The second time I used a drop of Loctite blue; the task is solved.

The 'light switch' for my golf cart works great and is easy to install; except that not everyone has the fairly commonly required 12-volt electrical connections (not included). I had to run to the hardware store and buy the necessary plugs. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if the ports were included; just increase the cost a bit.

The first switch arrived defective and was returned. The replacement switch has a brief flicker after being used less than 5 times. I used it for a low power LED lighting system on a golf cart. The problem is more in the mechanical part of the switch than in the amplifier. It has a very cheap two-stroke mechanism. I've since ordered a $12 Heavy Duty from Revain and hope it's better quality. I honestly can't recommend this switch to anyone, even for "light" use. (pun) Pay the extra $5 and skip…
