The sound is sooo quiet on a mini iPad

The sound from my daughter's iPad at maximum volume is barely audible in the headphones. This was a BIG disappointment as this device was bought to be used with. I'm not sure if this is a compatibility issue with Apple devices as I've read other 5 star reviews here saying the headphones work with their iPad. However, the headphones worked perfectly with my Samsung phone.

This is a very small price at a great price where dofeed what's in it (We checked)

Wow! We tested the headphones for our 4 year old, you get a lot for your money, it's a very small price for a great price where it isn't (we tested it) and it's not the best my wife has sent her grandma to hell before she let my grandson put her on her head. Excellent customer service.

Headphones have been with us since Christmas (6 months) and no longer work. There is no sound in the headphones. We bought 3 headphones for our children's 3 kids and 2 of them broke after 6 months. They are also not rude with their headphones. What a disappointment. I wish the return window was still open. Good replacement headphones

I bought two pairs of these headphones - one for my daughter in 5th grade and one for my son in 1st grade. They are too small for my daughter's head but fit my son well. Others have talked about the volume control, have a very low volume. When it's quiet, children don't have hearing problems. However, when there are other noises in the room, the maximum volume on these headphones is just too low for kids. I wish I had done more research and asked for a plug before purchasing. He's bent…

This is actually quite loud and unnatural given the size of the meter.

The maximum volume measured on the radio shop's sound level meter is 80 dB, which is actually quite loud, even though the level meter sits unnaturally deep in the headphones. As far as I can tell, kids like lower volume levels than adults, so I would actually support an even lower maximum volume for kids' phones.
