week in use: both broken (one earbud at a time not working). Microphone and buttons are ok. I'm sad because I really need this special shape of earplugs to have an earplug (brought separately) that doesn't come off my ears.

The sound quality was not very good. Everything seemed far away. Eventually the sound cuts out, I guess because it wears out so early. Extremely short cable. For the money paid here you can get a better pair than these. I do not recommend taking them.

These headphones are great for listening to music, but nothing more. There's no noise-cancelling, and when I use it for calls, everyone I talk to complains about the weird sound, so I mainly use it for listening to music, for which it works well.

I didn't expect them to be exceptional. I was just looking for a pair of cheap headphones for listening to audio books. I expected them to work. There were 2 packs. The first pair had a short and only the left side worked. I'm currently using a second pair that also have a short, but positioning the cable a certain way I can get them to work. Too complicated to send back. I would not recommend buying these.

They appear to be short lived as they fold up when shipped to you. When you plug it in, the straight plug is bent so you have to move it to hear it. They worked the first few times and then couldn't even use them anymore because you had to hold them a certain way to hear them. So of course you see the price and jump on it, but they are of poor quality. Especially if you had real headphones when you bought the phone! So I bought these 2 packs as a backup for my current headphones. They still work, so I was able to make comparisons between the original OEM and this copy. If you're looking for genuine Samsung headphones like these, first look for the SAMSUNG logo on the hard plastic barrel for the in-ear speaker. This is the first problem with this product. Another issue is cable stiffness. It should get a lot softer, like spaghetti. It is not that much. The last and most obvious problem is the sound quality.
