My daughter loved the headphones but after two months of using the zooms they stopped working. So they are not worth the price. At this price they should last at least a year! Low quality.

It was super annoying that as soon as the return window closed they stopped immediately. We've already broken a pair so we took extra care with them, making sure they were closed and boxed when they arrived after use to avoid losing them again. They still look perfect but the sound is cut off by the loose wire. Bought less than 2 months ago.

Unfortunately, after about two weeks, she started complaining that the audio wasn't working on one side. A week later they didn't work at all. These were headphones at a good price but less than a month old were beyond disappointing.

Bought these for my 9 year old. In less than 2 weeks of regular use, an electronically trained child broke an ear. I messaged the seller when the plastic started looking tight and got no response, it's been 5 days. After about an hour it shut down completely. They are cute and my kid loves the light up ears but she is very upset that her headphones are broken. Very disappointing. I received a reply message on 5/9/20 and sent the requested photos, so I hope the company appreciates their product.
