The only thing i don't like about this software is how many options there are when you try to navigate through it! And sometimes it can be difficult to find what information your looking for if you aren't well versed in working within the program. Not only was it easy to use for our staff but we also had many patients who have been very happy with their experience as well using this software system from start till finish! The best thing about this software is that it can be used for both medical services as well as dental care which makes things very easy to understand. It's also user friendly so anyone with no prior knowledge will find using it simple and straight forward. There are some minor issues like sometimes you get an error message when trying to open or close but these problems don't seem too frequent or serious enough to make me not recommend this product.
