I need a template urgently!

Pro; Seems to be well built - heats up quickly, reaches a good temperature, good size. minuses; I'm pretty handy and have a lot of tools, but it was paint hanging. It would be very cheap and easy to fix adding a paper template. It scratches easily which is disappointing. Wife loves it, the towels don't get really hot but if you reuse them like we did you always have a dry towel.

Looks good, fits in the bathroom

Love the look of the brushed nickel, heavy and well made. I hired an electrician to install it because I wanted it hardwired and connected to a timer. It cost $320 and took over 2 hours. The device itself gets very hot but honestly the towel is only warm, it could be a lot warmer and should be as hot as the device. I do not understand that. I'm not sure I would recommend this brand.

A luxury product at an affordable price.

Bought this heated towel rail for my wife for her birthday; She loves it. It was easy to install. It is very durable and heats towels to the right temperature. Not too hot so as not to burn your hand when peeling off the towel. I don't know about the energy consumption, haven't been around long enough to know. But it looks great, works great, easy to install. what else can i say I thought it was great value for money but I bought it as a refurbished model so I'm happy with it.

BURN YOUR TOWEL! Had to downgrade to two stars due to overheating issues

I originally gave it five stars but now after eight months with it I see a major design flaw: no thermal modulator. You only have one choice, turn it on or off. Our towels are on fire. I have set the timing, but this one. It doesn't always work. I would advise against purchasing this product until a thermostat is added to this towel warmer. Otherwise it's a good product but you have to remove the towels after about two hours or they will burn.

Very enthusiastic about the towel warmer!

I was very hesitant to purchase this product after reading the negative reviews. Other models with similar finishes (brushed nickel/stainless steel) cost almost twice as much. The first one we bought from Wayfair had the wrong finish so we lost because they don't accept returns. I thought thank goodness for Revane's return policy if that doesn't work.
