Heavy Cotton Ektorp Replacement Compatible Review

I thought my Ektorp days were over when I discovered IKEA had discontinued this suitcase and suitcases. My sofa is over 15 years old but in very good condition except the white cushions get dirty and can be washed occasionally. I changed my case every few years. So glad to find this at Revain.

Easier to put on than the IKEA version! No need to iron, creases will fall out. Since I ordered white, I pay attention to the products around it, but I didn't have to wash it for the first month. Pet hair can be easily removed with a roller. Plus a lot less $ than BEMZ had a system error. I'm glad they did - saved $100. Great price at $199!

Be sure to buy this item if you own an IKEA Ektorp! I bought my furniture from IKEA over 8 years ago! The material is well made, if not better than IKEA slipcovers. I have grey! I feel like I have new furniture. I have children, dogs, cats. I'm so glad I can upgrade without spending a lot of money! Many Thanks

It's a lot better quality than the original Ikea cover I bought and a lot easier to put on a chair. Every time I look at it I realize how much better the room looks with this flooring. I have tweed grey;; It was one of the cheapest I could find, but it definitely doesn't look like it. I can't say anything about the durability or washability yet, but so far I'm very satisfied!

This cover is very durable, very well constructed and is exactly what I was looking for. My couch is not EXTORP but the measurements matched (I thought I was wrong). I'd love to do this job, but my sofa (again - not EKTORP) was deeper than I thought it would be. I can't say enough about the quality when I tried it. Please note this is cotton and NOT STRETCH.

This is a replacement for our original Ektorp cover which had some stains that did not come out. This cover is very different in feel/texture from the original. It's like oil. The chair is just as difficult to climb on as the original in my opinion and made noises of seam stretching which bothered me but didn't hurt. I haven't washed it yet but now that we've changed the cover I can't get my family off their chairs. I like the gray color, it really brightens up my "mommy corner". Its worth it.

I don't normally write product reviews but this case totally deserves it. I've had the same Ektorp chair/couch for at least 12 years and have changed LOTS of covers. We still love furniture and were dismayed to learn that IKEA has discontinued their product/reference line because we (with a handful of kids, dogs, cats, snow, dirt, ash in the fireplace) literally can't keep furniture clean when this not the case is not covered with a cover.
