Excellent, worth the money!

After receiving it I've been trying it on both boneless soft meat and hard root vegetables for a few days, the knife is amazing. As mentioned, the knife somehow minimizes wrist strain and provides maximum control when cutting. The handle is plastic so maybe it doesn't look very premium, I wish it had a wooden handle. use.
