I like the actual product I have used before and my niece uses it. However, upon opening the package, I find that the shampoo has run out and one of them has lost a piece! Unfortunately. must somehow have a better protective closure.

Let me start by saying the product itself is great. I have kids with sensitive skin and this works really well for them. I've bought this before with no problems. This was recently ordered and shipped from my registry. When I received and opened it the shampoo/body wash was on both bottles and a decent amount was wasted. So the packaging problem is bigger than anything else. I also ordered as a gift from a relative's children's register and she had the same problem when she received it.

Just received my packages a few minutes ago. The bottles tore the top of the sealed pouch in the box and then I found the bottle tops had broken off.

This shampoo is great! It smells great and is also a safe, tear-free formula for babies and toddlers. My son loves this product and has encouraged him to bathe and shower as it helps keep his skin and hair clean.
