Remote desktop and screen sharing in one package

What I like best about this product was that it gave me all my tools at once, without having any software installed locally (I had been using TeamViewer for years). There wasn't much downside here; there were maybe some quirks with certain file types not working but those could have just as easily resulted from being new or unfamiliar - you'd be surprised how many files type are still stuck around because people use them every day! It solved our problem quickly by allowing us access remotely…

  • Very easy setup process &/or integration.
  • Excellent customer support team who helped resolve issues very well in timely manner if they arose during implementation phase which is great considering most integrations take forever even after paying extra money sometimes..Helpwire made everything quick

A solid solution at an affordable costpoint

It's very easy to use, it works well with our existing IT infrastructure (including VPN), and its price point for small businesses is low enough that we don't have to worry about losing customers due to high costs. Our organization only uses Helpwire as a troubleshooting tool. We do not rely heavily upon live chat - but if there were more ways to communicate via this program I think it would be great! They offer a 3 month free trial which makes getting started super simple. As mentioned above…

  • The fact tha help wire was an affordable solution compared other competitors like Zendesk or Intercom meant my boss didn’t push back too hard against implementing new tools in general because he knows how important customer support has become within startups across all industries right now..especially software development ones where communication between departments tends top go down hill fast without solid feedback paths up front

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
