This was a great purchase, significant savings compared to a Miele branded product. No loss of suction power. The HEPA filter fits perfectly. I will buy filters from this company in the future. Delivery was quick. The drivers always do an excellent job of reproducing items as per my request. 😊

For replacing a third-party filter. With a filter that did not come from Miele, the filter flap kept opening. With Miele installed, the door fits properly. There is an indicator on the filter to show when it needs to be replaced, but I'll probably ignore it and replace it when it's dirty. More expensive but fits perfectly.

Original Miele, just as I expected. I'm a patient person so the 12 days it took to arrive from the UK wasn't a problem for me. I take a decent price and wait every time. By the way, 12 days was half of the planned time. As it is sent by post rather than the more expensive shipping method, tracking is not available so you have to wait like we did in front of computers.
