My 90 year old father is in the infirmary with mild dementia. We were unable to visit during the Covid-19 outbreak. He has vision and hearing problems, so it was difficult for him to dial a number from a regular phone and he couldn't hear us well. This phone allowed him to keep in touch with his family while in isolation and significantly improved his attitude. He can easily dial a phone number due to the large numbers and now hears us much more clearly. I definitely recommend this product.
