I never leave reviews but for something this good I had to (especially since I always shy away from reviews)! This is amazing, I'm so picky about my hair and this stuff and the flat iron (I bought it together) are worth the money! I bought it at the mall many years ago and never found it again. That's it! and it works and it's the same. I read reviews that this is not the case. But for myself I see no difference and for me it is. !

Better than the Chi Iron. Mine lasted me about 8-9 years. I've dropped mine so many times over the years and it has continued to work for so many more years. I'm buying another one because I dropped mine yesterday and it ended up breaking lol. I'm sad because I have to go without an iron for 7 days now (delivery). I bought this straightener in June 2014 and finally broke it in November 2021. After dropping this straightener many times, the straightener fell off. (Seriously, I drop this thing on the tiled bathroom floor every day! If not multiple times a day). I've been using this thing almost every day since 2014 and after 7 years it's been working just as well as it did the first time. Hair is straightened perfectly, no complaints. Now I'm ordering another one, I hope it lasts as long!

This really is one of the best straighteners I've ever used, I even prefer this CHI straightener. I was able to turn curly, frizzy, colored or damaged (extensions) hair into silky smooth hair. When this hair straightener can't straighten someone's hair. Her hair cannot be straightened at all. Buy this, it's a great investment. When I travel with friends, everyone is happy that I brought my "Good Straightener”, which of course is a 25.00 styler made by the gods.

I ordered this iron at the last minute for a business trip. I did not receive the 1.25" hair straightener as ordered. It is much smaller. I only opened and used it due to time constraints. While I was on a business trip my husband threw away the packaging so I'm sticking with it. I have didn't feel like it was heating up at full power. Even though I have naturally curly hair, it still takes a few tries to straighten my hair. I definitely won't be buying this straightener again.

I bought a Herstyler iron at a kiosk about 3 years ago. The other day I noticed that the plates of the iron were broken. I bought this iron as a replacement. I don't think the platen is the same as it was on my original iron. It had a black glass surface that glided through your hair as you styled it. Even though the plate isn't the same as the original iron, this iron gets the job done at a great price.

I bought this iron in 2010 and it's still working 7 years later! I use this almost every day (only when I leave the house). It takes my curly hair and makes it silky and smooth. I've bought expensive $160 flat irons but always go back to my Herstyler. I dropped it and it cracked, it still works but I'm about to get another one because the ceramic top has a crack after a bad fall. However, it still works fine. I hope they're still as good as they were in 2010.
