About as much as you would expect from a MARKER.

I don't know why it says "highlighter" in the title. That's not what they're here for. That being said, be aware that there are no black marks. They "bleed" like any wet ink. The thinner the paper, the more it shows on the back of the sheet. DO NOT use them in your Bible. If you put the marker in one place on the paper, the ink spreads, but rather slowly. They are great for adult coloring books (where there is one picture per page and nothing on the back of the pages) or original illustrations.

I bought them mainly for coloring for adults. They come with a brush tip and a fine tip. However, the fine tip is a pen tip, not a marker. They are not ideal for adult coloring books in my opinion. The brush tip is quite thin and can be difficult to work with precisely. With some colors the color transfer is not so good. They're just not as bright as I'd like them to be. Great art markers for everyday use! Good advice! Fair color palette for the price!

I am a fine artist and bought these to go to another state with a friend, thinking we could make a little adult coloring book to relax, but I quickly appreciated them for drawing and painting. My only criticism is that there is only one true shade of orange in the mix. I usually work with oil pastels, but now I want to get archival quality markers after using them. Decent quality but not enough bright shades

I bought this set for my daughter for Christmas. She has previously used a few Tombow brush sets. She really likes these brush pens and said they work very well, no problems or complaints. They are good quality, bright, easy and fun to use, and deliver great results. And they are much cheaper than Tombow pens. I would definitely buy this set again and I'm sure I will. One star due to lack of color codes and/or names on color sample markers. UPDATE: I just bought a set for myself and am using it

They're not bad, but they're good value for money and lots of colors

Not bad for the price. I'm glad I bought them before they increased the price but also a bit sad because a metal tin would be cool. Instead, I received them in a small plastic sleeve that was surprisingly more durable than I expected. ADVANTAGES: - Nice choice of colors - Price! So much for a low price - double-sided!
