Even when you're not working! We bathe in homemade fig jam from our tree every year and it can be perfect (even without the tin can that just leaves them hot and upside down after the jars/lids are cooked).

I have ordered these glasses many times. This order had 8 cans broken and five lids slipped off so I couldn't protect the liquids I poured into them not knowing what happened, a big disappointment.

I have personally used them to make candles. They were well packaged for shipping, they look just like the pictures and they can definitely be used in a lot of different ways! I also ended up using a little for spices. Great set of jars and lids!

Jugs are generally expensive for what you use them for but these jugs are well worth the money. My only issue is that sometimes the lid doesn't fit and I have a hard time finding a lid that fits my drawer. One suggestion would be to offer additional and more varied lids to create different looks. Also made in the USA.

VERY poor quality. Not the usual hex cans. These are more bulbous. There are many flaws in glasses. Some do not seal due to glass defects. The glass is not very clean. Some caps twist at the end of the thread when slightly tightened. Pay more for a better can elsewhere. The lids aren't tame brassy gold, they're bright, unattractive gold, if that interests you.

I bought these handmade cream jars and they are perfect for this purpose. The lids screw on tight enough to be strong, but unscrew easily to access the cream. I had a broken can that I only noticed 2 months after purchase. I contacted the seller and they immediately gave me a credit for the broken can. no questions. that's a great service! Glasses are clear, thick, durable and of high quality. The size was right and all the lids roll and stay in place great and looked professional! The lid closes completely and does not leak. Originally purchased for magnetic spice jars. They're too heavy for magnets (about 6-8 ounces when full) so it didn't work. But I liked the golden lid and decided that I had better go for large jars. They hold up to 3 ounces of the condiments you buy at the store, so you don't have to refill them or find room for more. I decided to place them on clear acrylic shelves above the stove.
