good value for money for caliber

I have not used these pens before but bought a set of .061-.250 and .251-.500 and all of these too at the same time. Everything from one company. I've used some of the others and the pins were accurate. There is no reason to believe that they are different

I work in a machine shop and so far this is enough to test most diameters we deal with. The only reason for the four star rating is that the ends of the pins are not cut perpendicular to the diameter, making it difficult to check the depth of the holes with these knobs.

Calibration Pins Good for testing, measuring and inspecting

I'm quite happy with my set of probes and for the price and what I can measure they are more than accurate enough for anything I'm likely to encounter as I'm just a hobbyist and don't build space shuttles. I happened to check the full pins from the set for size, and it turned out that they all matched my Mitutoyo micrometer exactly. I'm working on getting a full set on an inch, it's expensive but it's an investment and with proper care it will last indefinitely.
