I originally bought this scooter for commuting to and from the train stations for work, approximately 10-12 miles a day. I'm a heavy guy (230lbs) and I wanted something that can handle my weight and still go somewhat fast from point A to point B. I would like to start by saying that I really like this scooter, and when it was working I rode it to work everyday. Of my fellow employees 4 of them have bought scooters and at least 1 has a HIBOY scooter, so in a way helping this company sell it's products. Ive had this scooter for 9 days and although I really like how powerful it is, I can honestly say it feels like it will fall apart by day 30. The foldable upright pipe that the handle bars sits on feels like it will give out any day now. As I’m riding, the squeaks and creaks coming from the foldable joint worries me. Also my wheels are squealing non-stop since day 5 and Ive only done a total of 13 miles on this scooter. I’m strongly considering returning.

This scooter Is very fast not a toy also the battery indicator is not accurate I wanted to climb a hill it said 3 bars mid way hill climbing the scooter died so I recommend having a full charge before your driving and not to check the led indicator also for long range driving recommend single motor mode on speed 2 anyways nothing else that bothers me very nice scooter handles bumps very well off rodes nicely no other complaints I’ll keep you updated

They sent me a brand new Hiboy s2 scooter to make things right with no cost to me. I tried it out today and this thing is very sturdy and it seems like they got it right with this scooter . I really regret not doing more research before I bought this scooter. The reviews that mention how stiff the suspension is, are spot on. I thought it might not be as much of an issue for me as I’m a bit larger (6’3 230lbs), but it still doesn’t move at all. This scooter is quick and reliable. The handle bars are pretty low however, and they are screwed on so you need to make sure the handle bars are tight or else it gets loose during a bumpy ride.

The scooter so far is ok. Customer service is good, despite some reviews. You have to be patient, you may not get a response for a day or 2 but it will happen. And they want to take care of things.

Heavier than expected but a really fast great scooter for alternative transportation to and from work. Bought the seat too and it's really surprising that it's Soo fast. It's a waste of energy to peel out. Maybe wider tires for better shock control too. Doesn't seem variable or easy control but this makes it up hills in seattle was impressive.

Love my titan pro. It has plenty of speed and handles well. I live by the beach and love cruising thru the neighborhoods. Ive told a lot of my friends about this scooter. There is only one thing that I could suggest for improve that is the suspension, otherwise a fun scooter.
