Badly done. Not worth the money. The brush can be easily removed from the handle. It has a combination of metal and natural bristles.

Should have been more attentive. I like the brush but it's not exactly what I need. It has metal bristles inside, making it unsuitable for non-stick pans.

Only criticism is that the top brush sometimes slips out of the metal holding it, but then I just use it as a hand brush. We were looking for something made entirely of materials that degrade over time (no plastic for our oceans!) and this brush fits the bill perfectly. Works perfectly.

I need a brush for my cast iron cookware. The head of this brush will pop open with minimal pressure due to an incomplete ring. The wire holder only goes about 1/2 the way around the head and prevents proper pressure from being used to clean. This happened on my first use and all subsequent attempts. I've since bought alternatives, paying close attention to their design. Keep in mind.

As others have said the brush head itself is great if only it would stay attached to the handle. The design is impossible wrong. As you can see in the picture, the metal ring that attaches the head to the brush is open at the top. The metal ring bends with every pressure and the head detaches. I've even tried tying it up but the head still pops out of the handle with little to no pressure. :(

I have strange mixed feelings about this brush. First, it's almost useless for the purpose it's sold for. Not because there's something wrong with the brush head; This brush head with a mix of brass and tampico bristles is great when you need a little more cleaning power than a brush with just fiber or plastic bristles.
