Very strong, flexible and strong. In the past I have purchased several rosewood hangers that are 9.75 inches wide and 11 inches wide. Unfortunately, the 11" wide wooden hangers are no longer available. The 11" hanger was great for hanging shorts and other clothing items. Plastic hangers are not as durable as wooden hangers.

The clothes hangers came in a very short time and were well packaged. My third order so I think that proves I like them as they are durable and well made. I hang sweaters, dresses, sweatshirts and trousers on these hangers. I wear a larger size and the clothes sometimes slide down normally, the trick is to hang them upside down so they don't crease when ironed.

Compact, robust appearance. Without damage. Arrived well packaged. Some of the hangars had to be adjusted to keep the clothing taut and even down the length of the tree, but this was very easy to do by hand and the routine of opening and closing the hangar didn't get in the way. Hooks rotate freely. The wood is tightly compacted. They are currently used to hang silk skirts and are not easy to pull out of the clip.

As a gentleman I used to hang my trousers, khakis and even jeans and shorts by the cuffs. This is the BEST way to keep them wrinkle free. These hangers are similar to others I have used. Their only downside is, and I assume they will too, that the closure mechanism is plastic instead of metal like the old days, so over time it wears out and can't hold the pants tight enough. Of course I just received them so I can't say for sure if they will make it.

I've been waiting for the price of these hangers to go down so I can finally hang my pants instead of putting them on the shelf. These hangers are really nicely made and for the price you can't beat them. Very robust construction and very reliable clamping mechanism. The felt backing creates a non-slip surface that stays in place on clothing. The hanger rotates almost 360 degrees, which is very convenient. Supplied in a very tightly packed box. You can't go wrong with these hangers.

Broken/damaged hanger. The ones I tried to use are broken. Plastic is so cheap it only breaks when you open a new one. One already broke and the rest just broke when I tried to use them. There are some that work, but it's only a matter of time. I go back to all metals when I need to (inevitably) replace them. The plastic locking mechanism breaks easily.

Strangely, they're not really ideal for hanging pants. I wanted to avoid creases in my pant legs and instead hang them by my waistband, but the hanger had trouble securing with buttons or hook and loop fasteners. The hanger is more secure when the pants are folded in half, but this creates a deep crease in the legs of my pants. Many of these hangers didn't hold up. The picture included in my review was intended to demonstrate the problem, the picture shows the shackle open with no force being applied to it, this is consistent with many devices I have received. Even when trying to open and use the brackets, they cannot get trapped. Received these today in natural wood. I was concerned because I saw a ton of reviews saying they broke or broke after the first few uses, but mine is still holding up well. The hangers are not damaged, the wood is nice and smooth. In general, they seem pretty strong. The hangers are strong enough to hold my pants.
