The battery only lasts about a year. The unit charges too quickly and I'm only able to get about 5 minutes worth of batter use, compared to originally getting 30-40 minutes on a full charge. I suspect that I have a bad cell which is limiting the ability to fully charge the battery and creating the issue. However, a year's worth of use is not acceptable.

For a cheap knock off this things great, the Dyson ones are almost $100. This one fits perfect and almost feels like my stick vacuum is more powerful.

My big dyson vacuum broke, and then I tried to use my backup mini dyson v7. I noticed that the batteries were totally dead, and when they're dead for a while, it gets damaged and irreparable. The battery worked awesome and was powerful but after the warranty ran out it lasted 3 days and it died :(so i got a total of 1yr and 3 days .

The battery was easy to install and worked perfectly. For some reason it stopped working after four months. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me another one. I couldn’t have expected better service. They were communicative, prompt, efficient, and friendly.

It only lasted for 6 months. By the real Dyson battery if you don't want to keep changing out your battery twice a year. Cheap imitation Chinese junk.

This was a perfect fit for my Dyson cordless. the battery was easy to install and charged without problem. It was nice getting 2 filters as well. The original filter isn't the easiest to clean and this takes care of that and gives a spare.

I am going to throw my dyson into the garbage can. This replacement battery gives it a reborn. So happy I bought it! May not fit older models of the vacuum cleaner!
