This light is the best I've ever used in my 30+ years delivering mail in my personally owned vehicle. Actually, the device is being used as a night light at my diesel tank. Whenever power is applied to the pump, power also goes to the light and I know that the pump is activated. For me, the red light does not hamper my night vision. For anyone helping themselves to my fuel at night, the light lets me know and they tend to scamper away when it is lit. My neighbors may also see the light at a distance and know that something is going on.

I received the beacon light very fast. After installing it I had a problem with it( blowing fuses ). I called the online LED store about the problem. They sent me a new one in two days, that is working just fine. It is well built and very bright even in daytime. Once again I have not bought this product but how is it possible for it to not be bright if it's class 1 certified? Like seriously how?

Find to compare to the old school whellen flash tubes while not quite as bright as the old flash tubes the synchronized rolling patten is Shure to grap people's attention! Its sturdy and very bright. Fits my needs perfectly. The cord could be a bit longer for where I initially wanted to place it on my SUV. My sunroof requires me to sit the beacon to the rear of the vehicle and my only adapter is on the dash. There are literally dozens of strobe and flash combinations you can set for this. Seems like overkill, but I suppose some job sites may have very specific requirements.

I bought this about a year ago for moving farm equipment, and have been very pleased. I wanted something that had enough intensity to get people's attention, but without the cost and bulk of a light at. It functions flawlessly and visibility is outstanding. The various flash patterns are useful too. It has become a permanent fixture on my tractor and I plan on getting more for other equipment.

We have not used either of LED flash unit we bought. I did try this in noon sun on truck with engine & alternator off. Clearly visible in noon sun.
